Expert Grooming for Dogs & Cats

Most dogs benefit from a professional grooming session every four to six weeks. However, the ideal frequency depends on your dog's breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Breeds with fast-growing or long coats — such as poodles, shih tzus, and golden retrievers — may need more frequent visits. Our groomers are happy to recommend a personalised schedule during your first appointment.

Absolutely. We offer specialised grooming for cats, including bathing, deshedding, sanitary trims, nail clipping, and lion cuts. Our cat grooming stations are in a quieter area of the salon to reduce stress. All of our cat groomers have specific training in feline handling and behaviour.

We exclusively use premium, pH-balanced, and hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners that are free from parabens and harsh chemicals. If your pet has sensitive skin or allergies, please let us know and we can tailor the products used. We also offer medicated bath options upon request with a veterinary recommendation.

Yes. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that dogs be up to date on their C3 vaccination (at minimum) and that cats have current F3 vaccination. Please bring your vaccination certificate to your first visit. If you are unsure about your pet's vaccination status, check with your vet before booking.

A Premium Bath typically takes 45 minutes to one hour, a Maintenance Trim around one hour, and a Full Styling session between one and a half to two and a half hours depending on the breed and coat condition. We never rush — our priority is making sure your pet is comfortable throughout the entire process.

We find that most pets are calmer and more cooperative when their owner is not present, as they can pick up on your anxiety. However, you are welcome to stay in our waiting area. For first-time visitors or particularly anxious pets, we can arrange a brief settling-in period with you present before we begin the groom.
